Mercedes Benz has signed with Urban Walk to launch their latest and most technologically developed headquarters in Egypt that features their head office and their most advanced showroom yet.

JLL was appointed as project and development partner to provide project management and cost management services in the delivery of UBL, a development comprising office buildings and retail spaces across 90,000 sqm and its surrounding parks, landscape and infrastructure.
